Digital Photography:
  • Telechrome maintains a small studio facility in downtown Toronto, with the latest Nikon, Canon and Leica lenses and digital cameras. We also have a full studio lighting package.

  • We specialize in tabletop product photography, actors and model portfolios, portraits and copy work.

  • We maintain a full computer lab with a dedicated image database server. The cameras are connected to graphic workstations and transfer images directly to the server for archival to tape, and for post-production manipulation, enhancement and printing.

Imaging Software:
  • Photo and Graphics Design: We have several high-end graphic workstations with the comple Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop CS2, Illustrator CS2 and InDesign CS2.

  • Web Design: We run the complete Macromedia Studio 8 suite, including Dreamweaver and Flash 8.

  • Digital Effects: We use an extensive array of Photoshop Plugins for image manipulation including NIK Dfine, Sharpener and Color Effex Pro, Extensis Photo Imaging Suite and Adobe Camera Raw.
Scanning:
  • TELECHROME DIGITAL MEDIA maintains two high-resolution film scanners for negatives and transparencies up to 8x10. Ability to scan printed material up to 8 1/2 x 14.

  • We run Lasersoft Silverfast AI software for professional state of the art scanner control and color correction.
Digital Printing:
  • We have the latest Epson professional printing technology to create fine-art quality, archival prints from digital images, negatives and transparencies, up to 11"x14". We can produce spectacular digital images, both color and B&W, utilizing a wide range of enhancements, effects and digital filters.

  • We produce gallery quality limited edtion prints, including mat cutting and framing. Ask us about our complete fine-art picture packages.
Non-Linear Digital Video Editing:
  • Telechrome has a dedicated NLE workstation featuring the AVID Liquid 7 editing suite, with full High-Definition (HD) capability. We can process any digital video format, as well as VHS, DVD, DV, CD, with Surround Sound. We even have a Tele-cine unit to convert motion picture film to digital files.
